Heritage Baptist Church is a Fundamental, Independent, Premillennial, King James Bible-preaching, Baptist Church which stands, without apology, for the word of God.
"Fundamental" means we believe the basic or fundamental doctrines of the Christian Faith.
"Independent" means that, although we are Baptist, we answer to no one except the LORD and our own church for the way we operate. We are not affiliated with an ecclesiastical group or denomination.
"Premillenial" means we are awaiting the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ for His born-again saints.
"Baptist" means that we stand for and affirm historic baptist doctrines as taught in the Bible, i.e. the autonomy of the local church, the priesthood of believers only, the virgin birth, the diety of Jesus Christ the Lord, salvation by grace alone, water baptism by immersion of a believer only, the blood atonement, the inspiration of scriptures, the eternal security of all truly born-again believers, and special creation by Jesus Christ, the Word of God.
